Bug reports, refunds, pack ideas, or anything else. Please include your phone model and the app version if something is broken.
Open the app, tap Unlock all, then Restore purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, so make sure you are signed in with the same one you bought with. If that does not work, email us.
Purchases are handled by the stores, so refunds go through them: on iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android use the Play Store order history. We cannot issue refunds directly, but tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.
You owe a penalty, and your group decides what a penalty is before you start. The app suggests push-ups or squats and the number climbs every 10 rounds, but you can agree on anything you like.
Tell us which pack and roughly what the card said. The app ships in eight languages and we would rather fix a bad card than leave it in.

Say Less has no accounts, so almost nothing of yours exists off your phone. Everything you type — player names, chosen packs, settings, photos — is stored only on your device. Deleting the app erases all of it immediately.
The one thing held outside your device is your purchase record, kept by our payments provider RevenueCat so the premium unlock can be restored if you reinstall. It consists of the purchase itself and an anonymous app identifier — no name, no email, no address.
To have that purchase record deleted, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. We erase it within 30 days and confirm by reply. Note that deleting it means the premium unlock can no longer be restored on a new device. Google and Apple keep their own billing records independently of us, as their law requires.
Say Less only works when everyone is in. Never pressure anyone, respect a no, and skip any card that does not suit your group. Penalties are whatever you agree on beforehand, so keep them something everyone is happy to do.
